A very sombre memorial. The place really brings home the sacrifice that the USA made in fighting this war. Very clean. Visiting in December meant that we had the place to ourselves. Felt very safe. I… Full review by F1LoverAnn

So many names, freedom isn't free. The area is well maintained. We took a night tour and had a history lesson from our guide. Full review by Puk69
The memorial is in a park so I think you can bring a support dog as long as its on a leash. I would bring a bag as well to clean up after the dog should it be needed.

It's a bit of a toss up. Either Foggy Bottom or Farragut West can be used. Either way you will have about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Foggy Bottom is a tad closer if all you want to see is The Wall. There is also an alternative....close to both stations are "rent-a-bike" stations, where you can rent a bicycle, ride, then return,, you pay the fee. It's a kiosk, not manned. I'd check out the web site before committing to use. We saw many people using, and several different companies (color of bike determines rental company.)
