If you are making a Special Occasion of it - by ALL means dress up! First off, it's fun to wear a fancy hat and a flowery dress! I asked hubby to wear a seersucker blazer and a bow tie and he looked very dapper. Overdressed is always better than *under* dressed - that was the motto I learned growing up!
