I haven’t been here in years. And it looks like the sea lion population has exploded. There were so many. It’s awesome to watch them and see their interactions. I could watch for hours.Full review by Flyingboy58

We saw them in the morning before noon. Lots of them on the beach. Not very active but I don’t think they are very active Lol. This was in February and there were a lot of babies too

My daughter says she'll stick to swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, or maybe the Atlantic off Florida. In July, San Diego will be warm but nice in July. Great place.

No admission fee. It is a park, really. The only difficulty is finding parking. You might have to circle around several times to find a spot, or park a ways away and walk down to the area. …
