SUNDERLAND, England — Ilona Maher’s mission at the Women’s Rugby World Cup is about more than just winning games. Heading into the United States’ tournament opener on Friday, the world’s most followed rugby player on social media wants to get more eyeballs on the sport as it ramps up attempts to crack the market in America.

All 32 matches of the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup are available to stream on Paramount+. In addition, select matches, including the U.S. vs. England match, which begins the tournament on Friday, Aug. 22 at 2:30 p.m. ET, will be simulcast on CBS Sports, which can be found on Fubo, DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV and more.
