It's been a rough opening month in pinstripes for Yankees closer Devin Williams. His latest ninth inning struggles, in Friday's blown save vs. Toronto, pushed his ERA to 11.25 in 10 appearances.

But a day after Williams blew a save in the ninth inning with his struggles continuing to mount, manager Aaron Boone continued to leave the door open for a change in the closer’s role just a month into the season.

After another rough outing on Friday night, Devin Williams could lose his job as closer for the New York Yankees. Speaking to reporters following a 4-2 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said "we'll see" when asked if he would keep Williams in the closer's role.
