UPDATE: December 12, 2025, 11:50 a.m. The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has upgraded the earlier Winter Storm Watch to a Winter Storm Warning for much of the Ohio Valley, including the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia and parts of eastern Ohio and southwestern Pennsylvania.
Snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches are possible in portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio, the NWS said.
The National Weather Service predicts a transition from rain to snow, high winds, and low temperatures for Ohio.
