The No. 3 Beavers fell to No. 13 Oregon, 4-2, in Friday's highly anticipated series opener. OSU got its star hitters rolling early as Aiva Arquette and Gavin Turley smashed back-to-back run-scoring singles in the third. But that was all the Beavers would get, as they had no answer for Oregon ace Grayson Grinsell.
