Beyonce "Cowboy Carter" tour footage showing the singer with Las Vegas' Sphere in her hands spurred a cease-and-desist letter from MSG Entertainment.

The owner of the Sphere has sent Beyoncé a cease-and-desist letter over footage that shows the singer picking up a version of what they say is the Las Vegas venue, according to reports from Billboard and New York Post.

In a sharply worded letter to the diva’s production company Parkwood Entertainment, Kathleen McCarthy of the law firm King & Spalding, which represents Dolan’s Sphere Entertainment Group, accused the firm of prominently featuring and manipulating imagery of the Sphere without permission.
