A four-time winner of the Wanamaker Trophy, Tiger Woods recently had surgery and will miss playing at Quail Hollow after an Achilles injury in March.

Woods ruptured his Achilles in March, so he'll miss the 2025 PGA Championship. Woods has four wins at the PGA Championship (1999, 2000, 2006, 2007) and is one away from tying Jack Nicklaus for the most wins all-time at the tournament.
