The Senate narrowly approved President Donald Trump's signature second-term policy bill, a nearly 900-page package packed with tax cuts and other campaign promises, in a major legislative victory for the president that came after a tense debate within his party that stretched on for nearly four days.

The Alaska Senator called her decision on the bill “probably the most difficult and agonizing 24-hour legislative period that I’ve encountered."

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt will speak to reporters on Monday afternoon as Senate Republicans try to pass President Trump's "Big, Beautiful" bill.
