Alabama Football has added a defensive lineman to its 2026 roster in September. The Crimson Tide updated its online roster to show Josh Underwood is now part of the 2026 team. Underwood spent the 2025 season at UAB and entered the NCAA transfer portal back in January.

Alabama has added former UAB defensive lineman Josh Underwood to its online roster ahead of the Crimson Tide’s SEC opener at Kentucky on Saturday, according to Bama247’s Mike Rodak.
