Former NCAA, UFC, and WWE champion Brock Lesnar has retired from professional wrestling following his loss to Oba Femi at SummerSlam in Minneapolis.

The former Gophers wrestling champion walked away from a multimillion-dollar WWE contract in 2004 to fight for a roster spot with the Vikings, sometimes literally.

Brock Lesnar will be taking his rightful place in a prestigious Hall of Fame. The former UFC heavyweight champion was announced as an inductee into the University of Minnesota’s ‘M Club’ Hall of Fame.
