The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled against a law banning “conversion therapy” for LGBTQ+ kids in Colorado, one of about two dozen states that ban the discredited practice.

In an 8-1 decision on Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled against Colorado's ban on LGBTQ conversion therapy, arguing it violated the free speech rights of a talk therapist.
