LSU President Wade Rousse wrote a letter to the SEC saying the football team is complying with rules and there's no need to vote on expulsion.

SEC presidents and chancellors will no longer consider expelling LSU from the conference during Thursday’s scheduled meeting, according to Yahoo! Sports‘ Ross Dellenger. The report comes on the same day that LSU president Wade Rousse said in a letter to SEC commissioner Greg Sankey on Wednesday that the school has complied with the league’s roster rules.

LSU has officially waived the white flag.
