Paul DiMaio, 56, of Turnersville, and Tanya Culver, 55, of North Philadelphia, were each charged with one count of providing contraband to an inmate at the Federal Detention Center.

The Gloucester County attorney is accused of using folders to smuggle the items into the prison, officials said.

An inmate had a folder containing a cellphone, charging cord, 240 cigarettes and 83 strips of Suboxone, according to authorities.

A defense attorney and an inmate's mother are accused of working together to bring contraband into a Philadelphia prison, where it was given to an inmate.
