President Trump will hold a rally in Rome, Georgia amid the race to replace former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene in the 14th district.

Other candidates in the race include Republican former state Sen. Colton Moore, who made a name for himself with a vociferous attack on Trump’s prosecution in Georgia. Moore, the favorite of many far-right activists, said he’s been in communication with Trump even after Trump endorsed Fuller, calling the choice “unfortunate.”

UGA quarterback Gunner Stockton made a surprise appearance on stage with President Trump at a Georgia campaign event.

President Trump on Thursday forcefully defended his administration’s implementation of tariffs while expressing frustration for how long he has been waiting for the Supreme Court to determine if the authority he used to impose the duties is lawful.

Army policy prohibits partisan displays, and most service members refrained from cheering.
