Air Force One touched down just before 6 p.m. Friday at Palm Beach International Airport, and Trump waved to supporters before climbing into a black SUV for the short motorcade trip to Mar-a-Lago. This marks his second trip to Palm Beach since his Jan. 20 swearing-in.

This will be the second weekend visit in a row for the president and the second time since he was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.

South Ocean Boulevard's closure precedes Trump's expected arrival before he goes to the Super Bowl on Sunday night.

President Donald Trump may make his first visit to Palm Beach as the 47th president this weekend. The Federal Aviation Administration on Wednesday, Jan. 29, issued an advisory for flight restrictions over Palm Beach County suggesting the president would arrive on Air Force One on Friday evening and depart Sunday around sunset.

The president also is expected to sit down with Fox News anchor Bret Baier for an interview while at Mar-a-Lago this weekend.

ABC News reports that Trump will host Senate Republicans for a private dinner at Mar-a-Lago. This visit marks another significant event as Trump continues to engage with key political figures in his private residence. South Ocean Boulevard will be closed between South County Road and Southern Boulevard starting Friday night.

Trump's first return home since taking office Jan. 20 comes amidst crises, major policy moves and the implementation of tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China.
