The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says they are looking for a missing man and two missing teens, we learned Tuesday.

A man riding a moped was struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run at 13th and MLK. He died hours later at a local hospital, according to Coroner Mark Bowen.
