Windows 安装 OpenCV 全路线：Python/C++ 与报错排查

第二条是 Python + conda 安装 。如果你本来就在用 Anaconda 管理环境，那直接 conda install 也能装，但要注意 conda 源里 OpenCV 的版本往往落后于 pip 源，而且有时候会跟 pip 装的版本打架。我个人更倾向于在 conda 创建的虚拟环境里照样用 pip 装 OpenCV，原因后面细说。
