James Earl Johnson, 46, who was released from jail on bond after his March 6 arrest, faces felony charges of abandoning an elderly or disabled person and injury to a disabled person.
“Taking advantage of vulnerable people, I think everyone can agree is wrong,” said attorney Robert Abtahi who is trying to raise awareness about the scam.
