MAC Commissioner Jon Steinbrecher declared the NCAA appeal the Western Michigan’s 13-12 Week 1 loss to the Michigan Wolverines after claiming that replay protocol was not followed. This decision came not long after the MAC had initially accepted the result of the bizarre Clockgate ending.
