The Cleveland Cavaliers kept their win streak alive when they earned a 116-95 blowout win over the Detroit Pistons on Monday. The Cavs were without guard Lonzo Ball, who the gained from another division rival in exchange for Isaac Okoro.
The Pistons had far too many possessions during their stretch without a field goal with little to no movement. The Cavaliers’ defense loaded up on Cunningham to contest the majority of his looks. But Detroit was ultimately unable to string together consistent movement necessary to find its way out of that slump.
Tom Gores said the Detroit Pistons have higher expectations now and that's a good thing. But it also makes him nervous.
