One of the biggest weapons in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ' offensive arsenal over the first portion of the season was Baker Mayfield's ability to scramble.

As we officially move into the second half of the season, we should have a fairly decent idea of what each team is and what they aren't.  We now know there are "haves" and "have-nots," and a few teams have officially staked their claim as one or the other.
