"The New York Knicks waive Matt Ryan and Jacob Toppin," the Knicks announced on Sunday. Ryan appeared in 19 games for the Knicks, playing 3.6 minutes per game, shooting just 32% on 3-pointers. In 16 games played, Toppin averaged just 3.1 minutes played and scored only 0.4 points per contest.
