ARCHULETA COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - Two men are facing arson charges in connection with a wildfire that threatened homes and forced evacuations near Pagosa Springs.

Officials announced Saturday that the lightning-sparked Elk Fire, first reported on Aug. 2, 11 miles southeast of Meeker in Rio Blanco County, is fully contained.
