After a couple days off for our crew we were back at today in Congaree National Park. We were the only folks on the creek this morning. Started our trip with a Common Brown Water Snake 🐍 near the landing. We would see about 6 more throughout the day. We also spotted 4 Water Moccasins 🐍 on the day with 1 swimming next to us. After passing thru Dawson's Lake we had a White Tailed Deer 🦌 exploring along the bank. Paddled down to Big Snake Slough where we had a Barred Owl 🦉 that quickly flew awa
