‪Fresno chilies: Spicy! My favorite fresh chili. A nice sweetness and floral note even though they are also quite potent. The seeds and the ribs hold the heat so you can remove some of that part to lighten the heat if you like. When buying, give them a squeeze to make sure flesh is firm.
