Am I the only one who didn’t know Joey Lawrence (@joeylawrence) was the voice of Oliver in Oliver and Company? Disney’s 1988 animated release was a take on Oliver Twist set in New York City starring dogs (and a cat). The cast also featured Billy Joel, Cheech Marin, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Bette Midler, and Dom DeLuise. Released the same year as Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and a year before The Little Mermaid, would you consider it part of Disney’s Renaissance era? | Disney History Channel
