Instant Pot Lamb shanks – Asian-style "This recipe for lamb shanks cooked in an @instantpotsa is a favourite and making it in an Instant Pot reduces the time so much. The lamb cooks to fall off the bone tender in beef stock, orange juice, honey and soy. The aromatics of ginger, garlic, star anise and five spice add amazing flavour. It takes 50 minutes of active pressure cooking which is mainly hands-off." - @drizzleanddip | Instant Brands South Africa
