K-pop star Cherry has come out as trans. Also known as Ryujin, Cherry, who gained popularity as part of the group Jwiiver, after appearing on TV show Boys24, told fans the news on Instagram Live on Saturday (19 July) “This isn’t a hobby, it’s my life. I’m trans,” the South Korean singer said. “Because I wasn’t an ordinary person, I couldn’t reveal everything from the start. My goal was to take it slow.
