HARVESTING CHAMOMILE - Once it establishes, chamomile comes back on its own by self seeding, making it a low effort addition to the garden. At harvest, I use a chamomile booper to scoop blooms in batches. The flowers have a light, sweet scent similar to green apple and attract pollinators. Dry them for tea and enjoy a plant that gives back season after season.
