Not all bread is created equal. The stuff you buy in the grocery store....yeah thats junk. The whole wheat, the bunny bread, the honey wheat....all garbage. It does not serve your health, period. Instead look for sourdough, and even thats not all created equal, in fact if youre buying sourdough from a grocery story...its probably not real sourdough. You've got to find that mom who bakes it at home because she cares about what her family eats, or a local bakery. Real sourdough should be 3-4 ingre
