A male giant Pacific octopus, the largest and longest living octopus species in the world, has found a temporary new home at Oregon State University’s Hatfield Visitor Center. The octopus is one of the biggest OSU has ever had, at 19.5 pounds. It was found and donated to the center by the fishing crew on the F/V Timmy Boy crabbing ship.
