I stopped because I thought he was cute. I stayed because he wouldn’t stop asking for belly rubs and back scratches 🥰 I had absolutely no idea prairie dogs could be kept as pets. In my head, they belonged in nature documentaries, popping their heads out of the ground somewhere in the middle of a huge prairie. Instead, I found myself completely obsessed with this tiny little creature who just wanted attention. He was curious, gentle, full of personality and somehow managed to make me smile in le
