Aquatic plants, though natural, are not always helpful. 🚫 In our case, they take up the room and oxygen that our fish need to thrive. The more plants in a pond, the less room there is for fish. 💦🪫 When we are not using a pond, we pump it dry and let the sun bake it down. This lets the weeds and other plants dry out completely and die. ☀️🌱 Once the bottom of the pond turns to hard-packed ground, we can turn the water back on and get it prepped for the next round of fish! 🐟 #hatchery #rainbow
